I am flying back to Australia feeling nourished and super lit.
The land of Aotearoa alive in my heart and womb.
Thank you all whom crossed my path, for being the exact medicine needed to remind me what it feels like to live from the fire within in each moment.
Today, as I soaked in the thermal pools at Taupo before heading to the airport, I felt so present and fulfilled within the extraordinary moment and reminded that this place of delicious fulfilment and contentment within myself and radiating that love outwards, is my highest service to life.
A powerful conversation with Veronica in the car, had me passionately exclaiming how it occurs to me that so many people are interested in how to make their relationships better, whereas I don’t fkn care about this anymore.
What lights me up is focusing on the relationship with myself and with the entire cosmos and then allowing that love to flow on to all connections in each moment, regardless of whether they are strangers, partners, friends, “enemies”. And it lights me up to mutually support each other in this way of being.
From this place, no matter what relationships do or do not occur, love and fulfilment is there.
How can I show up most powerfully in each moment?
What is life asking of me?
What turns me on right now?
I love these questions. And I commit to asking these questions in the moments where I am stuck, and blocking the flow of Love.
The other conversation was around eros, turn on, and sexuality. I’ve noticed there is no correlation in my body to being turned on and desiring sex. So much of the time, I’m turned on by life, yet mostly I just love to run that delicious juicy feeling through my body.
After so much transformation around relating, nothing in me desires sharing intimacy with another unless I know it is healthy, free, clear and that the experience empowers all involved and that the powerful energy is offered in service to Love.
So, as I return to Australia, to my kids, to my clients, to my lovers, to my friends, I am committed to taking the time to connect with the delicious, juicy love within and moving from that space throughout my day.
Slowing down, breathing, feeeeeling, sounding, peace, presence, non attachment, letting it all the way in, letting it all the way out.
